Kate believes in logical problem solving and data-driven decision making; minimising waste, improving efficiency, enhancing operations & maintenance systems, and utilising technology, to increase tool time & optimise asset life cycle cost.
Kate has her Masters in Maintenance & Reliability Engineering from Monash University, Post-Graduate Certificates in Connected Environments & Human Potential for the Digital Economy, as well as 20 years experience in Maintenance & Reliability in Oil & Gas, Mining & Power Generation across Australia, New Zealand & South East Asia.
